Financial arrangements 費用支出報核說明
3.17 Financial arrangements
Dear Mr. Smith,
I hope that all of the financial details provided in my last letter
were not confusing. Please pay in advance for the roundtrip airfare
and other incidental expenses and retain all of the receipts. We will
pass those receipts on to our accounting section and reimburse you
(by check) prior to your departure of Taiwan. The insurance offered
by CMS does not include luggage insurance. If you deem this expense
necessary, however, we will cover you receipt. Please give me your
passport number and the name, birthday and address of your beneficiary,
so that I can process your insurance policy.
I look forward to seeing you.
Yours sincerely,
3.18 Financial arrangements
Dear Ms. Brown,
Regarding your fax transmission dated September 28, 1992, your colleague
is set to arrive at the C.K.S. Arport, Taoyuan.
According to our government's tax system, a technical service fee
is subject to a 20% tax levy. Your company must prepare an invoice
that includes the amount of money received by ABC Institute (DM$____)
and taxes(DM$___). Our organization will cover the transportation
fee (save your receipt) and counterfoil of your return ticket. Therefore,
you must copy the receipt and the counterfoil for us to pay for the
transportation fee. What is the best method of reimbursing your expenses?
We look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
