2. Write a problem statement for your work or research project (6 – 8 sentences). View the accompanying two Power Point presentations on details of how to write this assignment.

3. Write four questions beginning with “Why” when discussing the problem to be solved or addressed in your work or research, and then answer them. The question does not have to come directly from the listening exercise.
Example: Why are conventional process capability indices (PCIs) limited?
Answer: They can neither objectively assess quality and delivery time nor identify the relationship between PCIs and yield rate.
Example: Why are you concerned with solving this problem?
Answer: Because an increasing number of wireless communication systems use this technology to transmit information
